Звонит мне сегодня девушка из офиса моего стоматолога, говорит, "у нас есть данные что вы делали root canal у Доктора Петерсона (да, потому что у вас специалистов не оказалось) - вам теперь нужно постоянную пломбу ставить..." Я говорю, знаете, я абсолютно уверена что мне уже поставили пломбу. - Шуршание бумажками на том конце провода - "О, точно, я вижу запись об этом. Извините, до свидания."

Ну разве нельзя было изучить все записи до того как звонить??
