The fastest part of your commute is down your driveway. (almost true)



You were born somewhere else.(of course!)



You know how to eat an artichoke. (Yes, I do)



The primary bugs that you worry about are electronic.(true)



Your car has bullet-proof windows.(no...why?)



Left is right and right is wrong.(???)



Your monthly house payments exceed your annual income. (not in our case)



You can't find your other earring because your son is wearing it. (not...yet?)



You drive to your neighborhood block party.(never had time)



Your family tree contains "significant others." (some people call them that way)



You don't exterminate your roaches, you smoke them.(never seen one here)



You see 25 lawyers chasing an ambulance.(can imagine that)



More than clothes come out of the closets.(oh yes!)



You go to a tanning salon before going to the beach.(maybe some do)



More money is spent on facelifts than on diapers.(not applicable he, he, he)



Smoking in your office is not optional.(thank God!!!)



You pack shorts and a T-shirt for skiing in the snow, and a sweater and a wetsuit for the beach.(sounds about right)



When you can't schedule a meeting because you must "do lunch." (what's wrong with "business lunch"??)



Your children learn to walk in Birkenstocks. (?? I "inherited" them walking on their own)



Rainstorms or thunder are the lead story for the local news.(yep)



You'll reluctantly miss yoga class to wait for the hot tub repairman. (I wish I had time for yoga class!)



You consult your horoscope before planning your day.(not me)



A glass has been reserved for you at your favorite winery.(no..you just buy it every time...but table - yes)





The Terminator is your governor (yes!yes!yes!)



You can't remember . . . is pot illegal? (hmm, I really not interested to follw that discussion)



It's barely sprinkling rain and there's a report on every news station: "STORM WATCH" (yes!)



You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends from California.(I'll think about it)

Referring to the political views: left being liberal and right being conservative. Indeed that do think right is wrong here.

Roach is a "pot cigarette" if you will

But I have seen real roaches (as in insects) down in San Diego before...once outside of a mall around evening time.

Ummm...yeah busy, and there's other things going on at the moment that are causing a lot of stress. Hopefully those things will come to a resolution soon :-)
